The Terms and Conditions of Registration ("Agreement") contained herein constitutes the entire agreement between Buy Sell Components.com and you the Registered Member.

1. Registration

1.1 Registration on this site is total free. Buy Sell Components.com do not charge any fee to register any company or person on this website.

1.2 At Buy Sell Components.com we collect Business and Personal information of company and person for registration.

1.3 Any person or company who deal in electronic components or parts can register on this site.

1.4 Registration is required to contact any registered member on this site. Registration is also required to Buy, Sell or Post your Company profile on this site.


2. Prices and Payment

2.1 Unless otherwise specified, Membership, Banner Ads, News Ads, Brand Logo Ads prices are quoted in US dollars.

2.2 All stated prices are inclusive of any taxes, fees and duties or other amounts.

2.3 All payments shall be made by Paypal Online Payment or credit card or by Cheque or Bank Transfer acceptable to Buy Sell Components.com. Payment must be made directly to Buy Sell Components.com in advance.

2.4 Buy Sell Components.com may elect to extend terms on a pre-approved basis only. Unless otherwise specified, all payments shall be made in U.S. Dollars or in Indian Rupees (INR) currency.


3. Confidential Information

Registered Members shall hold confidential and shall not use or permit others to use any confidential information identified as such in writing or orally by Buy Sell Components.com or information which Registered Members knows or has reason to know is confidential, proprietary or trade secret information of Buy Sell Components.com

4. Limitation of Liability

Buy Sell Components.com is a website providing an online market place to companies to display / offer their components to sell or buy. Buy Sell Components.com is not taking any commission or profit from Registered members on this site if they sell or buy any products through this site. Buy Sell Components.com is only charging for the facilities of Gold and Silver Membership which we are providing to our registered members to display their products on this site. Therefore Buy Sell Components.com is not involve in any sale or purchase by any member on this website.

Buy Sell Components.com there for not liable for any fraud caused my any registered member on this site. Though Buy Sell Components.com assure to help to detect such fraud companies or peoples in case of cheating.

5. Consequential Damages Wavier

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUY SELL COMPONENTS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

6. General Terms

6.1 The validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be controlled by and construed under the laws of the State of Delhi, GOVT. OF INDIA, as if performed wholly within the state and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law.

6.2 Buy Sell Components.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance whatsoever due to acts of Natural Calamities, earthquakes, riots, war, fire, epidemics, and other occurrences beyond Buy Sell Components.com reasonable control.

6.3 No waiver of rights under this Agreement by either party shall constitute a subsequent waiver of this or any other right under this Agreement.

6.4 In the event that any of the terms of this Agreement become or are declared to be illegal by any court of competent jurisdiction, such terms shall be null and void and shall be deemed deleted from this Agreement. All remaining terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

6.5 In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the breaching party shall pay to the other party any reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs and expenses incurred by the nonbreaching party in connection with the enforcement of any provisions of this Agreement.

6.6 Neither party has the right or authority to, and shall not, assume or create any obligation of any nature whatsoever on behalf of the other party or bind the other party in any respect whatsoever.

6.7 This Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto concerning the subject matter of this Agreement, and there are no conditions, understandings, agreements, representations or warranties, expressed or implied, which are not specified herein. This Agreement may only be modified by a written document executed by authorized representatives of Buy Sell Components.com and Registered Member.
